About Yuvajana Sakhyam

Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam is the youth wing of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, founded in 1933 at the Maramon Convention. It forms an important part of the life and ministry of the Mar Thoma Church.

The Sakhyam brings young people together in Christian fellowship, deepens their understanding of the Word of God, and encourages them to serve society with faith and responsibility.

Our Four-Fold Programme

Worship

Growing closer to God through prayer, praise, devotion and participation in the worshipping life of the Church.

Exploring Scripture, Christian values and contemporary questions to build a thoughtful and grounded faith.

Growing Together in Faith

Yuvajana Sakhyam offers a space for young people to build friendships, develop leadership qualities, discover their gifts and participate meaningfully in the Church’s mission. Its four-fold programme encourages balanced spiritual growth and active community engagement.
